          Had a message to give Mrs Miller a call, she has noticed her kitchen vent is leaking and the ceiling boards around the vent are beginning to bubble, advised we may not be able to get there this week, she advised she would take some pictures to cover her but the longer we leave it the worse it will be, she thinks it is down to us to sort.
          Spoke to Ade, we will get Steve there either wed or thursday, called Mrs Miller back to advise
