Spoke to Dan, it is probably going to take about 3 weeks to arrive and be delivered so we are probably looking at the first week in May.

Matt called wanting to know if we have the parts in stock, advised nothing has arrived yet, will speak to ABI, spoke to Diane, she will see if there is anyone who can look up the order and will ring me back

Rang Diane and asked if she had got any update on this, she advised that she would take a look and then let me know.
The shower walls are now in stock at ABI but the door casing,
Matt needs the shower walls here this week, I will ring Diane back to see if she can courier them to us

Diane has advised that she cannot send the shower walls by courier.
I have therefore phoned Shaun at ECS, he has advised that he will try and collect the walls and get them to me this week.

I have spoken to ECS they have advised that they cannot pick up the shower walls until Tuesday next week. If we want them to go to ABI and pick them up I need to send a e-mail with the order details.
I will ring ABI and find out whether the door frames will be in by Tuesday.

I have asked Diane to confirm what information ECS will need when they turn up at ABI to be able to pick up the shower walls. She will call me back after lunch.

Matt has phoned and said he needs all the parts by Wednesday, I have advised that ECS can pick the shower walls up on Tuesday but I cannot confirm that they will be delivered on Wednesday morning. Matt has said that he needs the door casing by then as well, I have said that I will give Diane another call and see if she can find out when the casing will be in stock

Matt says that he ordered four door frames, I advised that our order confirmation shows three frames. Matt advised that he contacted Dan direct and asked him to amend the order to four.
Matt advised that two door frames have turned up , he is not sure whether Derek has left one behind or whether only two have been supplied by ABI. I will check our store and give ABI a call to see how many they sent

I have phoned Matt again to make sure he got my message, he understands about the door frames and I have confirmed that Dan will send them by courier asap.
Matt is not happy that Derek did not take all the shower bits. Derek had advised that not all the bits had arrived. I have confirmed that the parts were all together in the store and there was no way that these could have been missed.
