I have asked Claire to confirm whether she has received any of the parts for this unit, as they are not showing as being in stock but were ready for dispatch at the beginning of September, awaiting response.

Email to customer advising parts are at Atlas depot and they assure us they will be despatched shortly.

Katrina confirmed the parts are at Atlas they just need to package and despatch them.

Mr Chadwick has advised that at the weekend, his wife caught her hand on a screw that had come through the freezer door, and he therefore feels that he should have a replacement door (Atlas will not accept this under warranty, they will feel they can just unscrew the screw and use a smaller one. I will have to order this as goodwill
