Mr Chadwick has advised that at the weekend, his wife caught her hand on a screw that had come through the freezer door, and he therefore feels that he should have a replacement door (Atlas will not accept this under warranty, they will feel they can just unscrew the screw and use a smaller one. I will have to order this as goodwill

Katrina is going through the outstanding chargeable orders today and then can give me an update, will chase her tomorrow

I have e-mailed Katrina to find out progress on this order, I will not have an update for a couple of days because Katrina is not back in the office until Friday

Mrs Main just called to say she still has not received lightshade. Advised her I will chase Atlas now for her and call her back shortly.
Tried calling Atlas but no-one answering so have sent email to Katrina and cc'd Vanessa - advised customer accordingly.

Spoke to Katrina, she explained she has been off since last Tuesday but she promised she will respond to email as soon as possible.

I have asked Claire to confirm whether she has received any of the parts for this unit, as they are not showing as being in stock but were ready for dispatch at the beginning of September, awaiting response.
