          spoke to Gavin, advised the park have had a glazier look at this and it will cost about £350 to replace the handle as the window needs to be de-glazed, Gavin does not want to pay this, if possible he wants us to carry out the work.
          i think i have found a replacement handle but will check with steve

          Karen has not scheduled this in!!!! Emailed Stacey saying sorry but we are an engineer short. Have promised WC 14.07. if they are not happy with this i will have to see if dougie can go.
