        spoke to Mr Parker, he advised he bought the van when it was 10 months old, he advised this has always been missing, if i can get the details for the one he requires he will purchase it off the internet, advised the serial number he has supplied does not work, he will double check and will get back to me this afternoon or tomorrow

        Mr Parker has called to advise he has had someone come in the van to try and sort out the built in stereo system, they guy has advised the system will never work as the wiring is broken, he was assured when he purchased the van that everything was working, he has had 1 bill for £274 and one for £78.
        Spoke to Dougie at Brean, he has advised i need to speak to Emma as she sold the van, she is back in on wed,tried to call Mr Parker back but no answer

        spoke to Emma at Brean, she has advised she will have to speak to Gavin as she was not aware there is any sort of stereo system in the van, have given her Mr Parkers telephone number

        Mr Parker called to advise he has now had the i pod system replaced as everything was faulty, he thinks the bill is about £400, advised Emma at Brean will not cover this under warranty, he feels they should as it has never worked, he is prepared to meet them half way, he is going into a meeting but have agreed to call him back later.
        Phoned Emma, she feels if we do not pay something the customer will start bad mouthing us on the park, Gavin is on holiday today, advised i would give the customer a call back later and find out what the total amount is, Emma will speak to Gavin tomorrow

        Mr Parker returned my call, he has advised the final bill is £425, he does not mind a cheque or bank transfer, he still has an issue with his door, as soon as he opens it, it is full of water

        Franky called to advise she has recieved a cheque for Mr Parker, she has already recieved one and Mr Parker has banked it, spoke to Ade, Emma advised they did not recieve the 1st cheque so she arranged for another one to be sent, Franky left notes advising the cheque had been passed on, advised Nigel was meant to cancel the 1st one, she will keep hold of it incase it did not clear
