      I have spoken to Adam and he has advised that he will give the site a call. I have said that I have had a quick look on line and there are phone numbers we can ring to try and arrange a repair if he wants.

      We could replace the appliance but a different model may well mean new doors as well. Adam has said to leave it with him and he will let us know if he requires any further assistance.

      Site have advised the fridge part of the freezer is not working. I have asked if this is a second hand unit, he confirmed that it is. I explained that second hand units only have a three month warranty and enquired if the unit was new on site. I was advised that the van had been on site a while however it was only sold last week.

      I requested appliance details and advised that I would confer with our Sales team and then give them a call back.
