          Dean from Newquay View has phoned to find out what is happening about the electric fire, the engineer who visited took all the details. I have looked back and can see the only thing that we have any details on is the faulty fridge freezer which Adam / Emma dealt with. I will speak to Emma and see if she knows anything about this.

          Emma does not know anything about this issue, she has spoken to Steve K he confirmed that Joe was the engineer who attended, he has not reported back anything to do with the electric fire not working. Emma advised that any problems with second hands can now be handed straight back to Steve K
