            David put this call through to me, its a 2nd hand unit which Sam sold, he has had it for about a month, boiler runs for about 15 mins then cuts out, spoke to Chris as Sam is away, he wants steve to go and have a look,
            spoke to Steve, he will go tomorrow, phoned Jason back to advise
