Hi,
An urgent one here please.
Can someone take look at a kitchen leaking ceiling vent at Ocean lodge in Brean ASAP please.
The park has just had this one delivered from Winkleigh and reported a leak during last weeks bad weather, they have tried to deal it themselves but apparently it’s still leaking.
Could Steve pop in as I know he’s local.
The customers are refusing to stay in it after just handing over.
It’s a 2006 Willerby Richmond 40538 on plot 8
The park owner isn’t around much but he said the chap staying in number 9 is holding the fort and will have a key.
This one failed its boiler checks also, so not a good start ( but that’s in hand )

So sorry to say that I have just heard from the park that this is still leaking. Steve said he did seal the roof vent yesterday but apparently its still dripping through, so not sure what the route cause is.
Could we arrange another look please
