              Matt has advised that the site are still complaining about the issues with the tri fold doors. He has confirmed that our siting team have attended and confirmed that the vans are level and sited correctly. Therefore the issue is with the doors. The site are still insistent that this should be sorted out by Surf Bay.

              I have spoken to both Keith and Steve and they feel that there is nothing further they can do with these doors, Matt did suggest re-packing the frames of the door but both engineers advised that this will not resolve the problem.

              I have therefore e-mailed Lisa Hall at Swift and advised her accordingly.

              The site have also complained that all the kitchen door laminate is coming away and they feel that this should be covered by Swift. Again I have informed Lisa and await her instructions.

              Duncan has advised that I need to submit claims for the strengthening of the chassis's with regards to the tri-fold doors. Which I will to today. I have updated the site

              Chassis's have been sorted, it is just the cupboard laminate peeling that is outstanding
              Reece asked for all the cupboard door sizes again, and I have asked Debs to forward this to him

              Reece has chased to see if we have received the doors, we have not. I have checked with the site and they have not received them either. When they arrive, the site have advised that if we deliver them, they will fit.

              They where delivered and signed for on 13/06/2016

              They where signed for by someone named Bobeein?

              If you can confirm you have these that would be great.
