              Sue at Sunningcrest has complained about the standard of the hinges and handles used by ABI. I have forwarded the e-mail to Helen Rushworth at ABI and she has promised that she is looking into this and will come back to me tomorrow.

              ABI have agreed to send out replacement hinges and handles direct to Sue, she has also confirmed that the suppliers are bringing out a new style hinge and handle which they will endeavour to send out once they have some.
