I rang Braddicks and spoke to Ben Braddick who advised that they can supply wet room vinyl and for the size required he said it would be approx £118+ VAT

Steve's timings are usually spot on and the cost of the materials cannot be reduced. I have therefore in this instance declined to reduce the cost of the quotation. (Ellis May ask us to do this with every quote we supply them)

The customer called to say that they have had an e-mail from the insurance company to say that the work can go ahead, I explained to the customer that we have to receive the same letter and we have not had anything from them - I asked the customer to call the loss adjusters Ellis May and get them to send us a confirmation e-mail.

added a comment - The customer called to say that they have had an e-mail from the insurance company to say that the work can go ahead, I explained to the customer that we have to receive the same letter and we have not had anything from them - I asked the customer to call the loss adjusters Ellis May and get them to send us a confirmation e-mail.
jardines have accepted this quote, they have advised that they are paying Mr Miller and that he will pay us at the end of the repairs

Mrs Jenny Miller called to say she is now confirming that she would like us to do the work as the insurance is going to pay them.
I have advise Mrs Miller that we will get the parts on order and when they come in we will then call to take payment for the work, I've also advise her that the job will take approx 4 to 5 days with two men and it will be Mon to Friday as our engineers done work weekends.
