Jardines have phoned and asked if we know the cause of the damage, I advised that it was done during transport, the transporter did not damage it, but the wind got behind the barge board and caused the damage.

I have advised Lorraine that she can invoice the customer for the £50.00 excess. (no VAT) she will need to change the VAT rate on SAGE to do this

Sage invoice issued for the excess for £50.00 no- 459675, sent to client today asking for payment to be paid via the phone with card or bu cheque.

I have checked on the parts today and two of the parts are not showing that they will be due in until w/c 03.02.14, I will submitted an request to see if we can get the parts an sooner? See charge -1154

Mr Foster called to advise he was surprised to receive an invoice for the excess when the repairs have not been completed yet, spoke to Ade, she has advised this is normally sent out when the repairs are complete, if he keeps hold of the invoice he can pay at the end, we are unable to contact him now as he is out of the country until the 24th feb, as soon as he gets back he will pay the invoice and sign to say he is happy with the repairs.

Looking at the photos the parts need are:
1710862 Left hand Barge Board Net cost £176.14 plus vat will quote £237.78 + Vat
If the owner doesn't have the center cap 1710450 net £26.09 will quote £35.23 + vat
And the bird £30.16 net will quote £40.18 plus vat
Plus £10.00 for misc items
then travel 70 miles - £38.50...
