I have spoken to the Insurance Company and advised that I am waiting for prices of the roof from ECS however, I have been able to give them an approximate travel cost and aprox roof part cost. They have advised that they think that it is not economical to repair the unit and they will call back on Monday for a book price on the unit.
I have e-mailed Adam, because there are no sales people in the office at the moment (Adam is on site but out in the yard) I have asked him to provide the book price so that I can update the Insurance Broker on Monday

Barbra whatty called to chase this quote up, I have explained that the delay is due to us waiting for the cost of the roof from ECS so please bare with us. As soon as we get the price we will of course get the quote done. She was fine about that.
