Diane from ABI has already spoken to Mark at Berry Barton about this issue and advised him that they do not secure the roof with staples and that they would not be prepared to cover this issue under warranty or carry out any repairs. Diane will forward the e-mail to me. I have advised Mark that I suspect that this will have to be an insurance quotation and I am happy to send an engineer to assess the damage next week. Awaiting his response

Mark called and has asked us to get x 3 lengths of guttering ( cream aluminium ) the customer has already got the roof panels - Mark would like us to get them sent direct to the site.

Linda has advised that the customer is not insured so is going to carry out the repair himself. Linda is getting prices for the guttering and will let Mark know the price

I have had the quote back from Dan ( attached ) and advised Mark he has asked me to go ahead and order and have them sent direct to the site.

Mark has called chasing this issue I have spoken to Dan who advised the parts are due end of this week beginning of next and they are going direct to site. I have called the site and left a message for Mark advising him, I tried his mobile as well and this was turned off.

Mark White from the site has called to chase these parts up, called Dan at ABI and given him the quote no 11873.. He has advise me that the parts did arrive last week, but as they took some panels off the guttering got broken.. They have reordered it from the supplier and it is due in the end of the week.
Once it come in ABI will try and get it send out by courier ASAP the following week.
I will call Mark back to update him.

He has advise me that the parts did arrive last week, but as they took some panels off the guttering got broken.. They have reordered it from the supplier and it is due in the end of the week.
Once it come in ABI will try and get it send out by courier ASAP the following week.

Dan ha advised that the stores are out setting up shows so he cannot give me an up-date until Thursday - I have up-dated Mark, Alarm set to call Dan on Thursday.

I have spoken to Dan he said that the engineer does not have it on his van but he will get it sent by courier to reach the site at the beginning of next week.

I have just spoken to Dan and he advised that the gutters are too long for a courier so they will have to come down with the engineer next week, spoke to Mark he is not very happy.
