Adrienne Barwell (Inactive) added a comment - 07/May/14 10:05 AM I have spoken to Mr Benson, he was not very happy with the way Lorraine spoke to him, I tried to calm him down however, he was quite aggressive to begin with (not rude but obviously angry) Mr Benson had been promised a call back on Friday which he didn't receive advising when the work would be carried out. I apologised that he didn't get the call, I explained that we have loads of insurance repairs on the go at present and there are a lot waiting to be scheduled. I advised that his work had been pencilled in for w/c 19th May and that I would confirm it nearer the time. The only thing that might stop the work is the weather for the roof repair. Mr Benson had calmed down at this point. He wasn't very impressed with the whole experience with Surf Bay, he advised that Steve had missed loads when he quoted to repair the unit. (which he had) and he advised that our quote was too vague, which it probably was looking at the notes I had to work with from Steve. I have promised to give Mr Benson a call to confirm the appointment on the Friday prior to the work being carried out

Maureen Hooper (Inactive) added a comment - 27/May/14 12:52 PM Replace 7 x ceiling boards in lounge, kitchen and twin room. Refitted foam on roof around vent and fitted new pull out bed. x 6 Wallboards to fit in lounge, kitchen, twin room and master bedroom will take 2 men 2 and a half days.

Adrienne Barwell (Inactive) added a comment - 28/May/14 9:11 AM - edited I have spoken with Lambson, there was a mix up with the messina boards, they don't have any in stock but will get them out to me within 15 days, they have sent me pro forma for the boards which I have given to Mel, she said that they would send a payment straight away

Adrienne Barwell (Inactive) added a comment - 28/May/14 9:26 AM I phoned Mr Steve Benson and gave him an update, he advised that he will be away from the 16th and would like the work undertaken whilst he is away. He advised that our engineers propped his gate open and forgot to un prop it and relock it. Luckily nothing was taken.

Lorraine Pryor (Inactive) added a comment - 16/Jun/14 9:38 AM Mr Benson called to say he was expecting Ade to call him back re a date as he had to cancel the carpet fitting again etc. He was yet again rude, I have checked with Ade and she is waiting for the supply of the wall boards to let us know when they will be delivering them then she can give him a date, I advise him that she does have it pencilled in for the following week.

I have left a message for Lambsons but no one has got back to me. I have now e-mailed Steve at Lambsons requesting a delivery date, awaiting his response

Mr Benson has advised that he has a portable air conditioning unit, with a hose (like a dishwasher) and he was wondering if we would be able to make a hole to put the hose through to the outside. I have advised that I would get Steve to give him a call and discuss.
