      This van is probably not worth the cost of the repair but we will see when we get the prices back

      Oakcliff has called, and advised that Southern Counties have written a letter advising that they would think that the van is not repairable, and he wants us to do the same. He advises that the customer does not want this unit repaired.

      I will write a letter to the customer advising in our opinion it is not worth repairing, because now even if the quote was accepted, the customer would keep complaining about the repair and we wouldn't get paid.
