          Had a call from Mr Richards, he would like Steve to go out on site and take a look at this van along with the maintenance man from site, before he signs the satisfaction note. Worksheet issued

          Van was looked at and the site pointed out damp marks in the master bedroom however, were only asked to look at the bathroom therefore did not quote for this.

          I have advised Mo that Steve has been out and looked at the damage in the bedroom which was not on the original quotation, I have asked her to ring Steve and get him to jot down what is required so that an additional quote can be supplied to the insurance company
