I have had 2 calls from David Richards ref his repairs. I have left a message on his ansafone telling him we are ordering the parts and that we will be in touch when we have some news for him.

Mr Richards has called asking for an update, I have advised him that we have some door frames/ the engineers are wallpapering the wallboards and we now have a peachy colour carpet. I have explained what we have quoted for as he thinks that he was getting new window frames, I have explained that we are only resealing the windows the insurance have not authorised us to replace them.
He has asked if we can call him when our engineers are going to to the work.

Mr Richards phoned, he wanted to know what the engineers have done on their recent visit to his van. I could not find the relevant work sheets so asked him to call back Monday to speak to Ade.

Van was looked at and the site pointed out damp marks in the master bedroom however, were only asked to look at the bathroom therefore did not quote for this.

I have advised Mo that Steve has been out and looked at the damage in the bedroom which was not on the original quotation, I have asked her to ring Steve and get him to jot down what is required so that an additional quote can be supplied to the insurance company
