mrs Smith has called (01278 691921) she said that she would like to have her decking replaced so that she can use the unit, however, she is not sure if this will affect us because of the damaged panels? I have checked Steve's notes and they do not mention any panel damage.
I have advised that I will have to give him a call and see what he says.

The customer wanted to know if them putting new decking around the unit would affect us fitting new panels. I rang Steve because he has not listed new panels on his list of parts for this unit. He advised that there were dents all over the unit, but he didn't think that they had been caused by the unit shifting off the pitch. He felt that these were old dents.
I rang the customer back and said that we had not included the dents in our quote to repair the unit. She said that this was fine and would arrange to fit the decking. She also asked about the damage to the window cills, again, Steve has not mentioned this on his quotation.
