Angela from park called and explained she has spoken to insurance company but has misplaced the invoice we sent to her and asked if I could email to Ali at Claims@spisurrey.co.uk - done.
Also posted "Satisfaction note" to park to pass to customer to sign and return to us.

Owners of park dropped into Winkleigh office querying invoice they received for repair of this storm damaged van, as far as they are aware it was to be paid for my insurance company but we have nothing in Jira confirming this. They will pass the invoice to the owner but seemed under the impression that Darren knew all about it. I said I will make enquiries in the meantime.
Checked all paperwork and nothing from insurance, email sent to Ade asking for her advice.

Mike from the park called about this issue, he did have the serial number so I looked under Mr Sydney and it didn't come up.
Spoke to Ade and it was under the park, I have now added his name into the should he call again.
We are currently waiting for the second panel to come in, should be any time now all being well.
I have called Mike back and left a message asking him to call me back so I can update him.

Steve said that he hasn't carried out the repair because there are three panels showing damage so he really wants to check with the customer before fitting the two we have. The customer will be down tomorrow so Steve will pop in and see him.

The customer has come in to find out how we are progressing with this issue, we do not have any being told to go ahead with the order, I will ask Maureen to get the parts ordered straight away and will speak to Darren about the authorisation
