Phoned site to see if this issue is still outstanding and was told the maintenance team are all off this week, and to call back next week for an answer

paperwork passed back to Maureen, I think that we will have to quote to replace the ceiling boards due to delamination through out the unit,

Mother Iveys Bay have advised that they will not be doing anything with this unit, because it is not covered by Insurance. I have asked Mo to close this issue.
