Damage:
The same holiday home has suffered some storm damage and he’s asked if we can please quote him for repairs so he can send it to his insurance company.
The rear panel has been rubbed by the storeage box at the back of the holiday home to the right of the back window and it has scuffed the panel quite badly and made a hole through it.
The customer has stuck tape over the hole to prevent water getting in but doesn’t know when the panel was punctured and so is concerned whether or not the water got into the insulation.
He says he thinks he will need a new panel but would like the rest checked. He’s going to try and get some photographs of the panel tomorrow which he’ll let me have to send on to you.
I understand it is the back bottom panel.
window frame is also damaged can you put a note on their worksheet to check that too please. He’s looked at the panel properly and it’s the second one up. Whoever looks at it will see that anyway
