Donna has said that they has been a leak from the sink causing quite allot of damage to the van.

Called Owner - They would like to be present when our engineer attends so I have said we will call home no 01752-561802 to make appointment.
When our engineer are going can they call 07474-636650 (mr ) to say what time aprox or they can try Mrs 07804 291918.

Donna from Service solutions called to see if we had a date for an engineer to attend, I checked in the worksheet folder as it didn't show that its been schedule yet on Jira. Nothing in the folder checked on the board and its is scheduled for this coming Thursday.
I have called Donna back to update her, and I have also spoken to Mrs Timms and she is aware they are going down to the van.
I will move this on to schedule engineer

They have given me Mrs Trims telephone number as 01755 2561802 but this is not correct as I have tried to call her to check if she is on a Plot no etc.
