Mr Heppell called very angry that he has emailed claire a few times this months and not heard anything back, she promised that she would get him the bank details to pay the money in for this quote he also said that he was told that the parts are on order.
I can see anything on jira to say about parts being ordered or emails fr oct asking for bank details.
I have apologized and said that I will get the bank deatils and put them on an email, I have also said that he can pay over the phone using a card which will speed it up.
I have spoken to ade and she has advise me that the parts for this are D124/w x 3 and D125/ w x 3 ( 3 left and 3 right) I will order these on arleigh today and issue a work sheet amd put on it pending payment.

Part have come in today , part have been put on the cornwall shelf and labelled up and note on worksheet to say which parts.

keith attended, but could not do because the only day he could attend was the 3rd which wasn't convenient for the customer

Mr Hepple rang to advise that he would not be available on Wednesday but we could get Trewiston to leave the key out. Lorraine has spoken to Trewiston and they will leave the key
