            Stella has advised that they will pay by bacs transfer and asked when we could carry out the repair, I have advised I anticipated it being w/c 7/7/14

            The owner of this van phoned to check if the work had been completed and asked if the work is guaranteed. I told him it is guaranteed for a year and Ade is going to send him a Certificate of Satisfaction to be signed and returned
