        The customer has advised that we have done a really good job but she did specify to the engineer that the vinyl must match the kitchen which it doesn't it is much darker than the original.

        I can find no notes to this affect. The customer has also advised that she has been speaking to Maureen about the issue with the vinyl

        I have spoken to Steve he has advised that he spoke to the husband and informed him that the wood vinyl would be darker than the original because of the age of the unit.

        I have suggested that I supply some samples of light coloured wood block vinyl to see if we have any that is suitable. Awaiting response

        Customer has advised that they are happy with the sample and would like to know when we can attend. I will send Steve next week, will check with the customer if there is a preferred day.

        Jean has complained that the brochure shows the unit having vinyl but hers had carpet and she feels that she has been mis sold the unit. I have confirmed with her that this is a standard model 2011 (early batch) and that the Willerby reserve the right to make any alterations wtihout notice and that their brochures are only intended as a guide.

        I have confirmed that we have taken this issue back to Willerby several times and they are not prepared to take the matter any further. I have checked with Emma and this unit was a demo in the yard, but did not have any alterations made to the flooring that we are aware off. (The customer is aware that they purchased a demo model)
