Keith has advised that the only replacement wall boards he can see are in the shower room - and he cannot see any signs of damp on he outside wall

Mr Bray called wanting to know what is happening as he has not seen an engineer, advised i would look through the notes and give him a call back

called Mr Bray back to advise our engineer attended the end of sep, he looked at the wallboards rather then the floor, advised i would issue a worksheet for our engineer to go and have a look at the floor, he thinks it feels spongy underneath the shower unit, we replaced the floor near the toilet.
He will not be at the van but is happy for us to go in, advised we would give him a call and let him know when we will be attending,

added a comment - called Mr Bray back to advise our engineer attended the end of sep, he looked at the wallboards rather then the floor, advised i would issue a worksheet for our engineer to go and have a look at the floor, he thinks it feels spongy underneath the shower unit, we replaced the floor near the toilet.
He will not be at the van but is happy for us to go in, advised we would give him a call and let him know when we will be attending,

I have asked Mo to ring the site to see if there is any day next week that we could visit the site. If there is she will make the appointment and then update Mr Bray

Phoned site and we will be able to get on site next week. Tried to phone Mr Bray to find which day would be best for him next week. left a message on his phone asking him to call and let me know.

Message left on Mr Brays mobile phone, again no answer from him. Left my contact number for him to ring to make an appointment for our engineer to go down to his van

Mr Bray phoned up to say he was happy for us to go to site without him being there. Site is closed for winter so we will need to phone site to make an appointment
