Had a phone call from Helen Hobbs asking how things were progressing with her quote, I could find nothing on JIRA, so she has re-sent an email from July which is above. Issued worksheet so we can get this issue progressed

emailed customer to advise Steve removed the roof bolts and re-sealed them, he does not cover them with flash band as it does not last very long
