Had a phone call from Helen Hobbs asking how things were progressing with her quote, I could find nothing on JIRA, so she has re-sent an email from July which is above. Issued worksheet so we can get this issue progressed

Had an email from Helen Hobbs asking how her quote was going, I need to speak to Keith to get the manpower and time required to complete this job, then I can put the quote together and get it sent out.

Helen called to advise this has been going on since July, she paid for the work to be done back in January and is worried there is more damage, she found Maureen very confusing and should have asked to speak to the manager.
Apologised for how long it has taken, advised we will do our best to get there next week, she is going away next week but is more then happy for me to send her an email.
