Mrs Giles called to say she not heard back from Maureen last week, she is not happy.
I said that I will look into it with arleigh and call her back.
Spoken to Shelly she has confirmed that the first order was delivered on the 18.12.14 at 16.59 and signed for by E or C Harrison.
The next order is out for delivery today with fedex, so when it comes in we can then issue the worksheet and it will then be scheduled in for our engineer to do this.
I would suggest that we put a note on this to say Call Mrs Giles to tell her when we are going to do the work.
I said that I will look into it with arleigh and call her back.

Mtrs Giles has called again to say she doesn't mind if its morning or afternoon, I said thats fine If I can get a date for her then I will call her back and leave a message on her answer phone.

Mrs Giles called to say that this issue has been open for 10 weeks and would like it carried out as soon as possible, the worksheet was in the file and Ade has said she will schedule this for Tues 17th February (customer can only do tues, weds, thurs) - I have called Mrs Giles to update her on this and she is happy with this schedule date. She will leave the key in the office for Steve to collect just in case she isn't at the park when he arrives.

mrs Giles has advised that we need to send a satisfaction note out to her and she will sign it and send it straight back, she advised that Maureen had bumped the price up by £50.00 so that she didn't need to pay the excess.
