I was off yesterday and have been advise that the fridge/freezer did come in yesterday I will issue a work sheet for engineer to fit new one and bring old one back for second hand use.
After it been done we can call the insurance company to say that we need the money now.

Will has called to say that the owner will accept the offer of the new white fridge/freezer, they have checked an it will fit in the space.
I have advise will that we will order it in and then send our engineer out to take the old one out and fit the new one.

The insurance company has called to say they have the invoice and Mr Davies is saying he getting know where was us re the fridge door.
I explained that we are doing this a good will as it there work against our engineer, we can get a door and he turned down an offer of compensation the other day via the park.
So he cant say that he has not heard anything, and its a good will offer and he can still use the fridge.
We are now trying to source a fridge/ freezer to fit in the space to the size that the park have given us.

As our engineer only took the size of the door, I have now called Will and left a message asking him if he could get me the over all size Heigh, etc of the fridge so I can a fridge that will fit .

I have called Will mobile no and I have explained that we are unable to get a new door as they fridge is no longer available. I have spoken to Ade and I have offered them £200.00 compensation as the cheapest fridge I could find is on AO at 229.00 so if they wanted to but a new one this could go toward the cost.

Steve has come back to say the model is fridgemaster MTRF2565 490x 800 silver grey.
I have search all over the internet and cant find just a door anywhere, spoken to Darren and he said that it will be better just to order in a complete new fridge/ freezer as they would have to replace a fridge if we did have a second hand unit that we could use.
I have now put a parts enquiry into Swift to ask if they have a new part no for this as the old one is no longer available on connect.
Now waiting for a reply to my PER;

I have spoken to Lorraine and asked her to issue a worksheet for an engineer to attend and take the particulars of the fridge freezer so that we can try and get a replacement door either from a second hand van in the yard or via ebay.

I have found a fridge door in our store, but it does not look the same. We will have to arrange for Steve or Keith to go back to the unit and take measurements of the fridge freezer and the model details so that we can try and source a replacement door via somewhere like ebay
