Activity
Called customer and gentleman who answered the phone advised me Mr Marks was currently away for the weekend. I explained we would like to do the work on his van on Tuesday 26th May. Gentleman advised me this is not possible as people staying in it for a fortnight and he understood we would be completing the work now on the 9th June - checked with Ade and this is OK so confirmed we will do the work that day.

Mr Marks called to ask when our engineers will be attending as he was promised they will be there this week, advised our engineers are fully booked this week and are not in the area, he is not happy with this as he has people going into the van.
Advised we schedule on a friday for the following week, he wants someone there on mon, we are already booked for mon, he is not happy, advised he would have a call tomorrow
