spoke to Mrs Paterson, she wanted to advise her window is still leaking, she does not really want anyone to go into her van as she is afraid we may leave the door open

Mrs Patterson has phone from Spain , a bit upset that she hasn't heard anything more from us since her last phone call. She is going to ring back for an update in an hour.
I have spoken to Claire, she advised that Keith had not provided enough information on the assessment form. She has now got the information that she required but had not had time to prepare the quote.
Prices required for the wallboards and the carpet
The wallboards are the Westminster boards which Swift still have in stock £29.87 + VAT
Carpet £67.55 not sure whether this is per metre
Underlay £75.62

Spoke to Lesley, she is happy with the carpet we have in stock, she did not really want a plain carpet, she can only do next Mon or Thursday, will speak to Ade and will call her back.
