I have spoken to Linda who thinks that they did the damage with the triangle when they loaded the van but cannot prove it.

John Mabley has phoned this was transport damage and should have been covered by the Mayflower. We will re-send the quote to them.

John Mabley called chasing us to complete job. Advised him that panel is on order and expecting delivery this week but will chase. If comes in we hope to be able to get engineer there next week.

The owner has called to chase these issue up today, looking at the notes Karen has already spoken to John at the park to update him, I have advise the owner that work sheets have been issued and we are waiting for a schedule date, he said that the Main bedroom has been done, so I will close this off on Jira.

The owner has now asked form Compensation instead but I have advise him that the panel is in and our engineer will fit the panel.
I have looked and the a worksheet has been issued, so I will move it on.
