Lee reported that customer Mr Bond is unable to close window properly on seaward side of caravan. Customer concerned about security and water ingress and therefore requesting urgent engineer visit.

Steve confirmed master bedroom window. He explained if we can source one LH bottom arm from Swift then he can do the job on his own. If replacement from Arleigh then both top and bottom arms will need to be replaced requiring two men. As cannot locate part on Swift, sent Parts enquiry to them for part no. and cost.

Mr Mike Bond the owner of this van called. He has received quote for window arm but also asked if possible to send him a new quote with an additional job to replace a corroded exterior door handle as well. Called Rea as she has not provided part number in her parts enquiry response so I am still unsure as to which is the correct number.
Part number for door handle is 9821681.

Keith attended park and replaced bottom hinge on window but could not complete exterior door handle job as part was wrong (supplied to internal handles - needs one internal and one external). As we took this from our stock I will need to order new from Swift - advised customer accordingly.
