I have spoken to Lorraine, she has advised that you just need to purchase the cooker extractor if there is already one fitted, however if there has never been one fitted, there are additional items that would need to be purchased

Phoned Polruan and left a message on their answer phone quoting £119.04 + VAT,also asked if there was a fan fitted already, as if not there would be an additional charge for the electrical work, also that the price I gave, was for parts only, it they needed fitting it will cost more.

Mr Kevin Cox emailed Michael chasing part he believed had been ordered for him. I apologised explaining I will try to track this down, as I could not locate quote or reference to this van.

Now I have located the original quote. Called Mr Cox back and explained as there isn't an extractor currently fitted, explained wiring & sockets will need to be looked at, which may be best done by one of our engineers. Advised him that I will speak to Ade on Monday in regards to getting engineer over to assess this. In the meantime, Swift are not showing an extractor for this van so I will also have to make enquires with them first to see if possible to source still from them, cost, etc. Mr Cox confirmed he will want this fitted.

I have looked at the notes and asked Karen to go ahead and order the parts for this job. I have asked her to give Steve a call to make sure that it can be fitted into the Burgundy.

Called Kevin and advised him original quote was without fitting which will take around 1 hour at cost of £37.00. I also advised him out of stock currently with 28 day lead time - all understood as just happy he can let customer know that it's all in hand and will be sorted in due course.
