Advised Ade that Keith went to park to do this assessment and another job in this van but nobody was around to provide him access.

Email received from Sarah at Graston Copse enquirying when this job will be done. Email sent to Sarah at park advising that before any work can be completed we need to assess whether possible and if so what material etc will be required. The we will provide the park with a quote as this would be chargeable. Enquired if we should contact her directly to make visit arrangements, if so asked her for her direct contact details. If not, then who else can be we contact?.

Called Graston Copse and spoke to Ronny on 07435970568 - he advised OK for engineer to attend Tuesday 21.07.15.

Engineers work sheet attached to Jira, Keith has stated wooden battens need but it does say how much or what type of wood?
I will return wood sheet to ask so that we know what to order/ how much when we do the job.
