Having been to the holiday home they have issues in the following areas:
• In the lounge the leg of the built in sofa nearest to the window and radiator is wet at the bottom • Under the pull out bed in the lounge is wet – both the wood and the floor • Along the same wall in the kitchen, under the kick board by the kitchen cupboard at the back is wet • In the bathroom, (same side of caravan) the cupboard next to the radiator is not wet but the hinge on the cupboard is rusty which indicates it has been wet at some point • In the master bedroom (opposite side of holiday home) the back corner of the carpet is damp • Also in the master bedroom, inside of their wardrobe has been wet but wasn’t today when I visited My maintenance manager has had a look and believes it may be that the corner moulds externally both at the front left and back right (if you were looking at the unit front on) are not sealed with the clear silicone that are on the others. |
