          Stacey from the park called today top say that new owners has now taken over and noticed this so would now like to order the parts for repairs to be done.
          New owners are Mr & Mrs miles and this will be charged to the park.
          I have emailed ECs using the old p/o no AS9882/4041 but saying it now on a new ref of quot-2399 and asked for a time scale.
          i have advise Stacey that due to shut down/ busy it will be 8-12 weeks for parts to come in she is going to update the owners.
          I wil, set upa a quote on sage for when the work has been done to invoice park.

          I have spoken to Stacey and she has confirmed that they definately require the panels and that Unity will be paying for the repair.

          Stacey from the site called to chase this up, I can see that it was cancelled and then re-ordered.
          I have now emailed ECS to ask when the panels will be arriving and then we need to call Stacey back.

          I have rung Shaun he has said that he should have the panels for this issue by the end of next week (28/01/17) I have told him that we can not have them any later than the 1st of February. I have also updated Stacey to let her know see screen shot attached.

          Steve has gone and attended today. He doesn't think that the panel is the right one the profile is wrong and this does not match up what is on the van. He has sent across some photos of this and I have added them to the claim see files attached.

          I have spoken to Ade to see if we could get the panel from somewhere else. She has said that we could ask Regal directly but we would only get this if we could get a credit note from Shaun. I have said that i will look into this so at least we have notes to say that we have looked elsewhere and to find availabilty for other parts. See Screen shot 16 attached.

          I have spoken to Shaun at ECS and he has advised that he doesn't understand how the panel can be wrong, he will come and collect it either this week or next week and will go to Unity, if he thinks it can be fitted, he will do it for us, otherwise he will get another panel for us.

          I have e-mailed an update to Stacey advising of the following:
          As you are probably aware from conversations with Isabel, the replacement panel that arrived was although the right colour and size was not the correct profile and therefore would stand out on the holiday home. We were therefore unable to complete the repair. I have contacted the panel supplier who have advised that they will be collecting the panel from ourselves next week and calling to Unity to inspect the panel against the holiday home and then provide a replacement as a matter of urgency.

          In the meantime, we have also contacted Regal direct with a view to trying to obtain the panel through another source.

          I sincerely apologise for yet another delay with this repair and please rest assured that this matter is being dealt as a priority to the Department. I will be back in touch with you tomorrow with another update.
