Steve Woodhead who owns this caravan called up wanting a quote for this issue. He said this will need replacing and resealing and will be a 2 man job. But it will need sorting asap as there is a leak. I said I will pass this on to Lorraine as she deals with quotes and get her to call him on Monday (03/07/17). He said that's fine and he knows the company aren't around anymore but hopefully we can help. His number: 01275 847344.

I have called the Mr Woodhead this morning on his mobile no and left a message saying that its going to be 3-4 week at least before we can get an engineer out to assess , I have left my contact number as jira doesn't have any address / park etc so I can only wait for him to call me bcak.

Can you please try and call this owner fri/sat this week as Ive left a message already , it would help if he can email over a picture of the vent as dont sell cosalt and I would presume it an old van ?
we can then see if we can obtain the correct one depending on the age/ van / make/ model which we also require.
Otherwise we would have to send an engineer out to assess but it will be as/ when an engineer in in his area as I dont know what site or where the van is located.

No heard back from the owner called one more time today at 14.29 and left am message to say that we have not heard back from them so we will close this off but if he wants us to come out and assess them please call us back with more information Make/ model/ where the holiday home is etc,
