Steve thinks that he has sorted the problem, however, if the problem persists we will require a thermostat and oven door seal.

Rang Mr Patterson and advised that we had tighten up the door hinge and that our engineer thought that the oven should now work, he is going down at the weekend, if there is still a problem he will give us a call and we will order up the parts. I advised that we would call the visit a gesture of goodwill.
