Mr Moore,
Thank you for your email acceptance and just to confirm I attended your caravan yesterday and fitted the pull out bed when unwrapping the mattress I found a rip in the middle of the mattress and have immediately order a new one for you, as soon as it arrives and when in the area again I will replace it, I have left the damaged one in and turned it over in case it is to be used in the interim, I have also taken details of the towel rail and have found a suitable larger chrome one but just need to find if I can add an electric element to it.

Hi Duncan,
Well, the towel rail arrived only to find it was damaged under the protective corners that I had left on to install it, so it was replaced just before the school holidays, but this one has a paint imperfection. However, I have fitted it with the imperfection to face the wall and it can’t be seen.
Finding fixings was indeed quite tricky. The fittings are all there, currently under the master bed. The caravan is booked out until 2nd September 2023, so can you please book in as soon as possible after this date and advise.
Can you please confirm that you will be able to add antifreeze to the heating system water to accommodate this radiator and the pipe connections, is that the norm?
