      Description

      Good morning

      As you will see from the attached photos, Mr Skelhon is having a problem with rising water/damp, which we think is coming in from the joints that were badly put together.

      Mr Skelhon is claiming from his insurance and needs a quote as soon as possible to repair this.

      Please let us know when an engineer could come out and attend to this.

        Hi Duncan,

        Please see the photos below, Graham took these today. He feels that this is new water damage. Given that you repaired the outside before as a goodwill gesture, how do you want us to proceed? Do you want us to inform the owner that you will take another look but this time it will be quotable?

        Hi,

        The customer can use the van of course but will need to monitor the water ingress, I only resealed the panel joints to see if that was the cause and if this isn’t the case we will need to assess again to see if there is another possible cause, I would not want to provide a repair quote until we can identify and also stop the leak from causing more damage. I will put this back for one of us to reassess when we are next on park in the coming weeks.
