Hello Duncan,
Hope you had a good weekend.
As you know we have had some issues with a Willerby Portland Lodge on the Park. After a lengthy battle with Willerby they have basically said not their problem.
The roof is dipping above the living room area – I haven’t sent photos as it is so hard to show in them.
The customers basically want to know what the issue is and if anything is needed to be done to it and if so what.
After our phone call on Friday, I have explained to them that you and Steve are on Park week commencing 30th June and hope to have a look at things then. I have said as you are on Park then there would be no charge for this initial inspection.
I have said that if you need to return and carry out a further and more in depth assessment then there would be a cost involved, but hopefully you would be able to give us a rough costing – if that is ok? Then depending on what you find would depend on any works going forward.
I hope that is ok and I have understood our conversation!
The customers are lovely and have been extremely patient through all of this. What they are looking for primarily is what the issue is and what needs to be done going forward. They are Mr and Mrs Harman.
