Description
The window frame to the bathroom has been letting water in. It has spread from the bathroom to the bedroom. Looks like it will need a partial floor repair . The caravan is a 2004 Willerby West Moreland 28 x 12 SN: 0700/009. The leak has not been fixed yet but should be simple enough.
Requested floors to be replaced in main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area but to replace floor covering in bathroom and kitchen area and leave main bedroom to her carpet fitter.
Also requested to reseal external panel joint and around kitchen window.
