Thanks for your reply. I’ve attached the Quote Acceptance form with the updated address details.
Yes, you are dealing directly with me – I have spoken to the insurance company and I am going to submit a retrospective claim – so if you are kindly able to provide me with some pictures when the flooring has been taken up to confirm where the leak is coming from – I will have all the information I need to submit the claim.
I have emailed Treyarnon Bay Holidays today to let them know that this work will be taking place over the next few weeks.
If you could keep me posted on timings, that would be great, and I can keep Sam and her team informed as to when your team will be coming down to carry out the repair.
