If so then please can you send in a quote to replace this item as this can be covered under your contents section of your insurance.   Your claim is subject to a £50.00 excess that will be deducted from the final settlement to you.   Once the works have been completed on your caravan, we can then settle this part with you once we receive the final invoice.
