          I have checked with Steve he has advised that the damage to the roof has been caused by a siting team walking over it, not by the factory. He didn't take photographs because his ladder wasn't long enough.

          The damage canaxel might be covered up by a decking, we will arrange for Steve to go back with a longer ladder and get some photographs and see whether the decking covers the damage

          Steve advises that there is damage to bottom row of the canexel on front left, roof badly dented near the ridge, flashband over the same joint. Ridge not siting right and screws are missing from the ridge.
